Job Title: Project Controls Engineer

At Turner & Townsend, we're seeking an experienced Project Controls Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain project controls processes, templates, and tools to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project governance frameworks to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to optimize project performance.
  • Provide expert advice on project controls best practices and methodologies to project teams.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates to ensure accurate project forecasting.
  • Lead project teams in the development and implementation of project controls plans, including risk management, quality assurance, and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain project reports, dashboards, and other project controls documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project controls coordination in all phases of the project lifecycle, including program, risk, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in determining corrective actions or recommendations based on facts and figures, and critically evaluating information and data from various sources.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6.
  • Strong time management skills, quick thinking, and ability to meet project deadlines as necessary.
