Job Title: Project Controls Engineer

At Turner & Townsend, we're seeking an experienced Project Controls Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain project controls processes, templates, and tools to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
  • Develop and implement governance controls to ensure project compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to overcome delivery and commercial issues.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams on project controls best practices and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Coordinate and lead planning sessions and workshops with clients and vendors to compile project schedules and agree baselines.
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients and vendors, providing regular project updates and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project controls coordination in all phases of the project lifecycle, including program, risk, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in determining corrective actions or recommendations based on facts and figures, and critically evaluating information and data from various sources.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6.
  • Strong time management skills, quick thinking, and ability to meet project deadlines as necessary.
