Front Desk Coordinator Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will involve managing front-of-house operations, coordinating meetings and events, and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front-of-house operations, including greeting clients and ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy
- Coordinate meetings and events, including setting up conference rooms and arranging catering
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Experience as a front desk coordinator or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to multitask effectively
