Audit and Accounts Senior Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Audit and Accounts Senior to join our team in Dartford. As an Audit and Accounts Senior, you will be responsible for leading audits from planning through to completion, providing accountancy and taxation advice to clients, and mentoring colleagues to develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead audits from planning through to completion, liaising with the team and client as necessary.
  • Provide accountancy and taxation advice and support to clients.
  • Mentor colleagues to review their work and encourage prompt and high-quality delivery and service.
  • Develop and expand the team's skillset through development plans and training.
  • Contribute to the firm's growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.
Requirements:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified, or nearly qualified.
  • Demonstrable experience within an accountancy firm within a semi-senior or senior audit and accounts role.
  • Technically proficient in audit and taxation with excellent attention to detail.
  • A can-do attitude to problem-solving.
  • Able to manage own workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of £44,000 - £48,000 dependent on experience and background.
