Exciting Opportunity for a Highly Skilled Audit and Accounts Professional

TPF Recruitment is proud to support a reputable and growing firm of Top 50 chartered accountants based in Dartford, seeking an experienced Audit and Accounts Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the firm's continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of experienced professionals in delivering high-quality audit and accounting services to a diverse range of clients.
  • Plan, organize, and manage audit and accounting assignments, ensuring timely completion and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance on financial matters.
  • Supervise and support team members, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the client engagement partner to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
  • Contribute to strategic business planning, including tax planning and corporate finance initiatives.
  • Participate in practice development initiatives, such as networking events, to drive growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' practical experience in a similar practice-based role.
  • Exposure to FRS 102.
  • Proven experience in planning, undertaking, and finalizing statutory audit assignments.
  • Proven experience in drafting and finalizing corporation tax computations for a variety of companies.
