Job Opportunity

TPF Recruitment is supporting a reputable and growing firm of chartered accountants based in Dartford who are seeking an experienced Audit and Accounts Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of prestigious clients, overseeing a team of experienced professionals and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Plan, organize, and execute audit and accounting assignments, including statutory audits and corporate tax computations.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans for clients, including tax planning and corporate finance initiatives.
  • Contribute to practice development initiatives, such as networking events and business growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with the client engagement partner and other senior managers to drive business growth and development.
Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of practical experience in a similar practice-based role.
  • Exposure to FRS 102.
  • Proven experience in planning, undertaking, and finalizing statutory audit assignments and drafting corporation tax computations.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range of £55,000 - £70,000, negotiable based on experience and background.
