TPF Recruitment is supporting a reputable and growing firm of Top 50 chartered accountants based in the South East who are looking for an Audit and Accounts Manager to take on a key role in their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to have responsibility for a team and a portfolio of prestigious clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit, accounting, and corporate tax, with experience in planning, undertaking, and finalising statutory audit assignments and drafting and finalising corporation tax computations for a variety of companies. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with clients and colleagues.

The role will involve:

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of accountants and providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality audit and accounting services to clients;
  • Developing and implementing audit and accounting strategies to meet the needs of clients and the firm;
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to identify business development opportunities and contribute to the growth of the firm;
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations and ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures;

RequirementsAudit and Accounts Manager
  • ACA or ACCA qualified or qualified by experience;
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar practice-based role;
  • Experience of FRS 102 and other relevant accounting standards;
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality audit and accounting services;
