Team Captain Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Captain to join our dynamic Manufacturing & Production team at KP Snacks.

About the Role:

  • Lead and empower teams to achieve daily targets, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Efficiently manage personnel planning, shift allocation, and team coordination to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Support and guide team members, offering advice and hands-on support while balancing team member duties with leadership responsibilities.
  • Champion adherence to all health and safety standards, ensuring the well-being of the team and compliance with regulations.
  • Lead shift handovers, oversee routine maintenance tasks, and proactively address issues, escalating complex challenges to senior leadership when necessary.
