Job Title: Team Captain

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Captain to join our dynamic Manufacturing & Production team at KP Snacks, a proud part of the Intersnack family.

About the Role:

The Team Captain will be responsible for leading and empowering a diverse team of production workers to achieve daily targets, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. This role requires strong leadership and team management skills, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and empower teams to achieve daily targets
  • Efficiently manage personnel planning, shift allocation, and team coordination
  • Act as the go-to resource for team members, offering advice and hands-on support
  • Champion adherence to all health and safety standards
  • Lead shift handovers, oversee routine maintenance tasks, and proactively address issues
