Role Overview

Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting an Executive Finance Coordinator on behalf of our client.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support the Sales Manager in ensuring retailers maximise sales of finance and insurance products, while achieving the best possible profit. Key responsibilities include:

  • Negotiating financial deals to increase customer uptake of extended service contracts, protection programmes, and accessory packages.
  • Ensuring customer-first behaviours are promoted at all times.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Data analysis skills, with the ability to make recommendations based on information and prior marketplace experience.
  • Effective listening skills to establish customer needs, reviewing all customer contacts and monitoring outcomes.
  • Maintenance of status as an FCA-approved advisor.
  • Ability to provide accurate and relevant finance options, answer questions effectively, and publish finance examples for new and used vehicles.
  • Reviewing customer credit applications for completeness and accuracy, following up on customer applications, and liaising with lending institutions.
  • Resolving customer complaints professionally and calmly.
  • Supporting annual business planning and budgeting for the team.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in line with industry standards, estimated to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a range of benefits that contribute to your overall well-being and career growth.
