About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Curriculum Leadership Specialist to join our team at Capital College Group. As a key member of our Centre Curriculum Management Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving teaching and learning initiatives to realize our Strategic Plan objectives.
Responsibilities will include leading the development of high-quality educational programs, managing staff, and fostering innovation in teaching and learning practices.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, assessing, and curriculum development.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- A commitment to fostering innovation and creativity in teaching and learning practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders.
- An understanding of health, safety, and safeguarding requirements in an educational setting.
