About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Curriculum Leadership Specialist to join our team at Capital College Group. As a key member of our Centre Curriculum Management Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving teaching and learning initiatives to realize our Strategic Plan objectives.

Responsibilities will include leading the development of high-quality educational programs, managing staff, and fostering innovation in teaching and learning practices.

  1. Demonstrated experience in teaching, assessing, and curriculum development.
  2. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  3. A commitment to fostering innovation and creativity in teaching and learning practices.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders.
  5. An understanding of health, safety, and safeguarding requirements in an educational setting.
