Job Description: Holistic Care Specialist for NHS Trust

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled individual to fill the role of Holistic Care Specialist at the Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients attending the Medical Day Unit.

Your key duties will include welcoming patients, monitoring their progress, and administering medication when necessary. You will also work closely with the nursing team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing a caring and supportive environment for patients, relatives, and colleagues.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting patient progress.

  • Staying up-to-date with relevant policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
  • Contribute to creating a positive work environment and promoting a culture of excellence.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
