**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Set2Recruit. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and developing strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and revenue.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage a portfolio of key accounts to achieve sales targets and growth
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
* Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Set2Recruit remains competitive
**What You'll Need**
* 2+ years of sales experience in a similar role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
