C9 Group T/A C9 Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Service Delivery Manager to ensure efficient and effective service provision and meet the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of operation and work performance, monitoring attendance, accidents, and sickness.
- Team Collaboration: Promote positive working relationships within the team and with subcontractors.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with the operator's licence and report any concerns to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Health and Safety: Review and escalate health & safety policy concerns during regular depot patrols.
- Vehicle Management: Ensure the nil defecting system meets legal requirements and vehicle defects are addressed.
- Driver Management: Allocate driver duties in line with regulations, manage absenteeism, and use the Omnidas system for recording hours.
- Training and Development: Assist in training and mentoring new employees.
- Logistics and Administration: Allocate vehicles, record mileage accurately, and ensure fuel records are maintained.
- Employee Wellbeing: Conduct drug, alcohol, and eye tests as required.
- Flexibility: Occasionally drive buses to cover driver shortages.
- Depot Operations: Work within the depot, office, and remotely, monitoring services at key points.
Compensation: Umbrella Pay Rate - £21.65 per hour
