About the Role

A mental health support specialist is required to work with children who have SEMH, SEN, ASD, and ADHD needs.

The ideal candidate will be a psychology graduate or someone with experience in supporting children with complex needs.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom.
  2. Helping children understand teacher instructions.
  3. Working one-to-one with learners or in small groups in the Learning Support department.
  4. Tracking and recording pupil progress.
