We are seeking an experienced Sponsorship Relationship Manager to join our award-winning HSJ Events team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering strong partnerships with event sponsors and delivering exceptional value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Sponsor Relationship Management: Act as the main contact for sponsors, ensuring excellent service, understanding their needs, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate the delivery of sponsor commitments, ensuring all branding, signage, and promotional activities are completed on time and to specifications.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide sponsors with regular updates and post-event reports detailing the fulfilment of their agreements.
- Materials Management: Keep sponsor logos and materials updated across all platforms within a week of contract signing.
- A solid background in project management and/or B2B event coordination, with a track record of successful delivery.
- An exceptional communicator, both in writing and speaking, with the ability to convey ideas persuasively.
- Experience with Marketo (or similar), Salesforce (or similar) and the full Microsoft Office suite.
