Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Marketing Team as a Sponsorships and Partnerships Manager. In this role, you will collaborate with the brand and marketing team members to develop a Financial Services sponsorship and partnership strategy. You will also work with partners across the company to identify new sponsorship and partnership opportunities, evaluate them according to a framework and budget, and ensure that sponsorships and partnerships are activated to deliver maximum value to the brand and the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an FS sponsorship and partnership strategy in collaboration with the brand team
  • Work with partners to identify new sponsorship and partnership opportunities and evaluate them according to the agreed framework and budget
  • Ensure sponsorships and partnerships are activated to deliver maximum value to the brand and the business
  • Manage ticketing for our owned hospitality initiatives and develop an improved framework for driving and measuring results from this activity
  • Develop an improved approach to measuring the impact of our sponsorship and partnership activity and report on this activity with recommendations for improvements
  • Review our catalogue of branded merchandise and identify the most effective and best value for money items to use
Requirements
  • Experience working with and managing sponsorship properties
  • Marketing and brand strategy expertise
  • Sponsorship and partnership activation skills
  • Budget management and a track record of improving effectiveness of marketing spend
  • Substantial marketing or sponsorships experience
