Job Summary

A high-impact opportunity exists for a skilled NMC registered Midwife to contribute to the success of Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust.

The successful candidate will utilize the A-EQUIP approach to empower midwives, enhancing system performance and women's experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Meet the professional development needs of midwives, positively impacting clinical outcomes for women, babies, midwives, and maternity services.
  • Deploy the 'A-EQUIP' model, advocating for quality improvement through continuous personal and professional resilience building.
  • Support midwives via regular restorative clinical supervision sessions, fostering a culture of openness, reflection, and professional resilience.
  • Collaborate with local teams, providing professional advice and supporting quality improvement initiatives, while networking with PMAs throughout South Yorkshire Bassetlaw LMNS and the wider region.
