About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Tesco. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of colleagues to deliver a world-class shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the team to deliver a clean, well-stocked store that exceeds customer expectations
  • Take ownership of running duty shifts, ensuring the store is safe and secure
  • Provide exceptional customer service, listening to customers and helping to resolve any issues
  • Coach and develop colleagues to improve service and performance
  • Lead by example, setting a high standard for customer service and store operations

What We Offer

As a Shift Leader at Tesco, you will benefit from a competitive rate of pay, starting from £14.28 an hour, with opportunities for progression and development. You will also receive a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours if desired.
