About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Technical Sales Person to promote and sell our comprehensive range of products to clients in Northern Ireland and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Present our range of sealants, façade solutions, and fire products to potential clients.
  • Provide technical support and advice to clients regarding product specifications and applications.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience with a proven track record of securing new business.
  • Experience in specification sales and delivering presentations within the construction industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction products and applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Valid driver's license.
