Zachary Daniels is partnering with a leading hospice charity in north west London to fill this exciting opportunity.

This role is ideal for a charity retailer with a good understanding of how charities use second-hand sites and may already lead the online sales in store.

The successful candidate will have commercial awareness, entrepreneurial skills, and project management skills to grow the business and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the online sales team - staff and volunteers
  • Establish new income streams via different online selling platforms
  • Develop efficient procedures and systems and give clear operating guidelines to staff and volunteers
  • Collaborate with the charity's communications team to influence content on companies' websites and social media to drive sales and awareness of the online offering
  • Manage online team staff recruitment, induction, and training programmes in conjunction with Operations and E-commerce manager & HR
  • Develop volunteer recruitment and training in conjunction with shop-based staff and the Retail Volunteering Development Manager
  • Ensure the implementation of weekly reporting through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
