Job Title: Waking Night Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Support Worker to join our team at Dolphin Lodge, Hythe. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to young people, empowering them to maximize their potential and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered support to enable and empower customers to develop daily living skills and social engagement.
  • Establish professional relationships with customers, using clear communication to promote independence and dignity.
  • Liaise with external agencies to ensure maximum support is delivered to enable customers to access and maintain community integration.
  • Manage safeguarding principles and responsibilities to ensure customer safety and prevent potential risk.
  • Contribute to special programs and projects in support of the Group's values and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working with vulnerable children and young adults.
  • Proven knowledge of key needs and services for relevant customer group.
  • Good understanding of written and spoken English.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate a positive and accepting approach to customers.
