Job Title: Admin Support & President Assistant (Mandarin Speaking)

Location: United Kingdom

Type: Full-time, Year-to-Year Rolling Contract

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin Support & President Assistant who is fluent in Mandarin to provide administrative support to the President and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, prepare documents, reports, and presentations, and manage calendars, arrange travel itineraries, and coordinate appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the President, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and handling daily tasks
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Manage calendars, arrange travel itineraries, and coordinate appointments
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders in both English and Mandarin
  • Assist with various administrative duties as required to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Visa Status: Ideally holds a permanent visa allowing work in the UK

Desirable:

  • Availability to start within 3 weeks

Contract Terms:

  • This is a year-to-year rolling contract with the opportunity for renewal based on performance and company needs.
