HR Advisor

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client's award-winning manufacturing business in Derbyshire. As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting managers and employees, ensuring smooth operations across all HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:- HR Policy and Compliance: Provide guidance on HR policies, processes, and compliance with employment law.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Performance Management: Support performance management processes, probation reviews, and appraisals.
- Training and Development: Assist in the development of training programs and deliver HR-related workshops.
- Employee Benefits: Advise on pay, benefits, and administer employee benefits programs.
- HR Data and Records: Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
- Culture and Change: Promote organisational culture and change initiatives.
- Strong HR Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment law.
- Employee Relations Experience: Demonstrable experience handling complex employee relations issues.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Resilience and Integrity: Resilience, integrity, and a proactive mindset.
- Organisational Skills: Organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- CIPD Qualification: CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards) preferred.
- Manufacturing Experience: Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
