About the RoleFabric Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and innovation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations cases, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
- Support the recruitment process, including creating job adverts, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers on job descriptions and talent acquisition strategies.
- Advise on pay, benefits, and employee assistance programs.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.
- Guide Managers through probation reviews, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment legislation.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proven experience in handling complex employee relations cases.
