Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (DOE)

About the Role

Fabric Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and innovation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations cases, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Support the recruitment process, including creating job adverts, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers on job descriptions and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Advise on pay, benefits, and employee assistance programs.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.
  • Guide Managers through probation reviews, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment legislation.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Proven experience in handling complex employee relations cases.
