Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations cases, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Support the recruitment process, including creating job adverts, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers on job descriptions and talent acquisition strategies.

About You

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor with a passion for supporting growth and innovation. You will have a CIPD Level 5 qualification or be working towards it, strong knowledge of HR principles and employment legislation, and excellent relationship-building skills.
