Swimming Instructor Opportunities at Freedom Leisure

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team of swimming instructors at Freedom Leisure. As a swimming instructor, you will have the opportunity to work with customers of all ages and abilities, delivering swimming lessons that are tailored to their needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities
  • Communicate with customers and their parents/guardians regarding their development and progression
  • Assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounds, ensuring their safety and discipline
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude

Requirements:

  • Level 2 swimming teaching qualification
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to work closely with customers
  • Ability to deal with children and their parents
  • DBS check
