We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to join our team at Bourton Leisure Centre. As a Swimming Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, ensuring they feel supported and achieve their goals. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for:

  • Teaching swimming to children and adults as part of our swimming lesson programme
  • Communicating with parents and guardians concerning their child's development and progression
  • Assisting in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounds, ensuring their safety and discipline
  • Using excellent communication skills to work closely with customers
  • Dealing with children and their parents in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Meeting the necessary qualifications and requirements for the role, including a Level 2 swimming teaching qualification and a DBS check
