Deputy Manager Clinical

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Deputy Manager to join our team at a luxury nursing home in Great Yarmouth. The ideal candidate will be able to assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring that high standards of care are maintained.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in leadership and management roles. They will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of policies and procedures, as well as providing support to the Registered Manager.
