Nursery Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our team at Academics. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education for all children, and managing staff recruitment, training, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children and families.
  2. Manage and maintain compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring the nursery meets all necessary requirements.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of childcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and services, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  1. Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above).
  2. Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in a nursery or childcare setting.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  4. Passion for early years education and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education for all children.
