Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of up to five students with challenging needs
  • Provide tailored academic support and pastoral care
  • Work collaboratively with parents, community organizations, and stakeholders

As an Inspirational Teacher Leader with The Progress Group, you will inspire and motivate students in their communities. You will also engage with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a positive school culture.

In this role, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to identify student needs and develop personalized plans.

Requirements
  • Hold a teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS) or be willing to work towards it
  • Hold a degree or equivalent, with Maths and English to at least Level 2
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage student behavior effectively
  • Proven experience working collaboratively with parents, community organizations, and stakeholders
  • Understanding of equality of opportunity, safeguarding, child protection, and inclusion issues
  • Excellent communication skills

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per year
