Job Title: Performance-Based Marketing Manager

This is a remote position that offers a competitive salary with On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from £40,000 to £100,000 based on performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance-driven marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, competitor strategies, and emerging trends in the EdTech domain.
  • Oversee multichannel campaigns encompassing digital advertising, social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing to generate leads and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize tactics based on analytic insights to ensure exceptional ROI.
  • Collaborate with content teams to develop compelling marketing materials and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
  • Regularly report on campaign metrics to stakeholders, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
  • Champion innovative marketing techniques and stay abreast of new trends to drive continued growth in a competitive landscape.


Essential:

  • Proven experience in performance-based marketing management, ideally within the EdTech industry or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in devising and executing data-driven marketing strategies with a focus on customer acquisition.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting marketing data and refining campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and content marketing.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey campaign results effectively to various stakeholders.


Desirable:

  • Experience working within a high-paced and competitive EdTech environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing to parents and educators, specifically regarding exam preparation and mastery programs.
  • Background in utilizing growth hacking techniques and optimization tools for enhanced marketing efficacy.
