About the Role:

Caterpillar is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Consultant to join our team. As a Strategic Project Consultant, you will play a key role in coordinating the management of multiple, related high-priority and/or high-risk projects where the project's scope is aligned with key strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply program and project management principles to manage scope, timeline, resources, stakeholders, and risk throughout the lifecycle of strategic initiatives.
  • Lead high-priority projects to achieve measurable business process improvements.
  • Provide technical training and guidance for continuous improvement on the planning, development, and implementation of process improvement.
  • Utilize facilitation and consultancy skills to assist leaders in identifying growth opportunities and planning strategically.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in project management, business transformation, and financial solutions. You will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects and a strong understanding of business operations and finance.
