About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Aramark Northern Europe.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the commercial and financial performance of our business area, executing operational delivery to agreed plans and company standards, and delivering an exceptional service to our clients and customers.

You will also be responsible for identifying and executing ideas and projects to improve the client, customer, and team experience, managing and leading a team of 12 to achieve great results, and delivering contractual requirements and ensuring adherence to the company's contractual responsibilities and internal quality procedures.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing a P&L and leading a team to success in a result-driven environment
  • Strong stakeholder management experience and the ability to manage cross-functional relationships in a matrix environment
  • Excellent commercial experience and the ability to deliver exceptional customer and client service
  • Ability to manage and support change, and lead a team to achieve great results
