Job Title: Specialist Nurse Mental Health

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Nurse Mental Health to join our team at North Norfolk and Norwich inpatient service. As a Specialist Nurse Mental Health, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to our patients and contributing to the development of our service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise in mental health care, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Develop and implement care plans that are tailored to the individual needs of our patients, taking into account their unique circumstances and requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development of our service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes that enhance the quality of care we provide.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Specialist Nurse Mental Health or in a similar role.
  • Strong clinical leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
