A role has become available at Academics Ltd for an Education Specialist to support children with Autism in a dynamic school environment.

This position involves working closely with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils, providing both academic and emotional support. The ideal candidate will have a degree in any discipline and excellent communication skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £85,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The successful applicant will be able to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, and will have access to ongoing professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support pupils with Autism and additional needs, enabling them to achieve their potential.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement individualised education plans.
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery to ensure that pupils with Autism are fully included in the learning process.
