We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Specialist SEN Mentor to join our team at Academics Ltd in Windsor & Maidenhead.

In this role, you will work closely with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils who require additional support due to Autism and complex needs. Your primary focus will be on providing individualized support to help these students achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

To succeed in this position, you will need excellent communication skills, a degree in any field, and prior experience working with children or young adults. You should also have a strong understanding of child development and be able to adapt your approach to meet the unique needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality support to pupils with Autism and additional needs

Position Details:

  • Role: SEN Specialist
  • Location: Windsor & Maidenhead
  • Pay Rate: £83-£95 per day (dependent on experience)
  • Contract: Long-term temporary with potential for permanent opportunities
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
