Job Title: Stores Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores Assistant to join our team at Potters Resorts Five Lakes. As a Stores Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores, maintaining accurate stock levels, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with departmental managers to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers to deliver consistent supply of goods.
  • Maintain accurate stock control measures, conducting regular checks with relevant departmental managers.
  • Ensure all internal stock control measures are in place to support external stock takes.
  • Support food stock rotation and manage highly perishable products to reduce spoilage and wastage.
  • Ensure a high level of security is maintained in all storage areas, reporting any concerns to the Resort Manager.
  • Accurately record temperature checks for food deliveries, adhering to company standards.

Requirements:
