Job Role:

As a key member of our team at NMC Recruitment, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments for a team of assessors, ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the daily workload of assessors, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Analysing and predicting time needed to complete tasks, ensuring accurate scheduling and minimizing delays.
  • Handling visits requests from Occupational Therapists and other healthcare professionals, providing excellent customer service.
  • Recording engineer downtime and labour availability, contributing to daily discussions and team goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to scheduling and tasks.

Working Environment:

This is a full-time, office-based role in the Grange Moor area of Wakefield, with a competitive salary of £24,150 and 37.50 hours per week.
