We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead our internal transformation programme. As a key member of our team, you will provide guidance to teams and project managers, promoting our company culture and aligning with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate, organize, and monitor interconnected projects, working closely with project sponsors, cross-functional business product owners, teams, external vendors, and assigned project managers to develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plans, budgets, and timing for new initiatives.
- Coach, lead, and evaluate project managers and other business colleagues for optimal return on investment, coordinating and delegating cross-project initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-project activities, identifying key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Develop and control programme deadlines, budgets, and activities, being accountable for delivering against established business goals and objectives while resolving projects' higher scope issues.
- Work with project teams to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the Project Management Office, preparing reports for programme directors/sponsors.
- Apply change, risk, and resource management tools to evaluate and overcome programme risks, producing programme reports for managers and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Thorough understanding of project/programme management techniques and methods, including Prince2 and Agile.
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager position.
- Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation processes and change management principles.
- Excellent communication skills with non-technical people throughout the organization.
- Ability to problem-solve quickly.
- Experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management.
- Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.
- Experience in managing stakeholders.
