About the Role

At Jacob Thomas Associates, we are seeking a highly driven and experienced Client Relationship Development Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a challenging role that involves growing and developing client accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating staff performance to ensure account profitability and client satisfaction. They will also be expected to advise clients on promotional marketing strategies and CAP Code, as well as ensuring that account KPIs and SLAs are agreed, maintained, and exceeded.

We are looking for someone who can drive business account growth and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients. If you have experience in account/client management and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, then this could be the ideal role for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
  • Advise clients on promotional marketing strategies and CAP Code
  • Ensure account KPIs and SLAs are agreed, maintained, and exceeded
  • Coordinate and attend client meetings and conference calls
  • Manage account financials, including forecasts, estimating, invoices, and liaising with the accounts department
  • Provide proactive recommendations to benefit both the company and the client
  • Outline staff objectives and KPIs to work towards business objectives
  • Handle issues relating to agreed account SLAs efficiently
  • Support the Line Manager as necessary
Requirements
  • Strong experience in account/client management
  • Knowledge of promotional marketing strategies and CAP Code
  • Good management skills
  • IT competent, with knowledge of MS Office, such as Excel and Word
  • Leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, immediately available with career progression and development opportunities. You will also have access to free parking on site and an established client base to work with. In addition, the company offers a pension scheme.
