As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide front-line telephone and email support to a portfolio of Fulfillment Clients
* Work closely with Customer Services, Warehouse Team Leaders, and external customers to facilitate smooth contract execution
* Manage live chat, respond to inbound queries, and escalate issues to relevant departments within agreed timeframes

Requirements:

* Previous knowledge and experience in warehousing and distribution (desirable)
* Proven customer service experience, working to deadlines and SLA commitments
* Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
* Ability to demonstrate methodical and organized ways of working, particularly in email management
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers
* Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Good standard of written and verbal communication to provide a high standard of service
* Ability to complete work requiring a high degree of accuracy
* Own transport essential for occasional travel to customer sites and other work-based locations in the Southeast of England
