About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HRIS System Administrator to join our team. As an HRIS System Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of the HRIS (iTrent) system, including user management, data security, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain user access to the HRIS system.
  • Configure and implement data security measures to protect sensitive employee data.
  • Develop and maintain reports to meet business needs.
  • Provide technical support to colleagues on the use of HRIS.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities of HRIS and SAP Business Objects.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues with the HRIS system.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their HRIS needs and provide solutions.

Requirements:
  • Advanced experience working with HRIS systems, particularly iTrent.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations, including GDPR.
