Service Advisor Opportunity at West End Garage ORG

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at West End Garage ORG, a leading independent and privately-owned ŠKODA dealership in Edinburgh. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our service department, delivering exceptional customer service, and maximizing workshop profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are given exceptional levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Use specialized software to price jobs and upsell, ensuring maximum workshop efficiency and profit.
  • Deal with phone calls quickly and efficiently, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Plan the workshop day, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Maximize workshop efficiencies and profit, ensuring that the service department meets and exceeds targets.
  • Invoice and take payment from customers, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for customers.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • Ability to adapt to our in-house system.
  • Experience in a similar role within an automotive environment.
  • Experience working within a customer service environment.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and timeframes.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach.
