Service Advisor Opportunity at West End Garage ORG Careers

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at West End Garage ORG Careers in Edinburgh. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our service department, meeting and exceeding customer expectations, and maximizing workshop profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient operation of the service department, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Maximize workshop profitability in line with agreed budgets and company business plans.
  • Ensure the highest possible levels of quality and customer care.
  • Report to the Service Manager and work closely with the team to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • Able to adapt to our in-house system.
  • Experience in a similar role within an automotive environment.
  • Experience working within a customer service environment.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and timeframes.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 07:45 - 18:00, plus Saturdays - 07:45-12:00 (1 in 3) paid at 1.5 of hourly rate.
