Trainee Service Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Service team as a Trainee Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our Aftersales Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer care and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
  • Meet and greet customers on arrival, providing a smooth service from drop-off to collection.
  • Check vehicle history and identify any additional work required, such as recalls, service plans, and warranty details.
  • Liaise with the workshop, parts, and sales departments to ensure customer vehicles are ready on time.
  • Update customers on the progress of their vehicles, gain authority for additional work, and establish onward travel arrangements.
  • Effectively communicate the invoice and take payment from customers on final handover.
Requirements:
  • A full driving license is essential.
  • Confidence, resilience, drive, energy, and talent are essential qualities for this role.
  • A well-presented individual with a desire to succeed and a strong work ethic.
  • The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers.
  • A real hunger to meet and exceed targets and KPIs with superb attention to detail.
