Job Title: Travel Merchandising Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Merchandising Coordinator to join our team at WHSmith. As a key member of our Merchandising team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and coordination of cross-category merchandising activity and cross-functional activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a KPI dashboard to track key performance indicators
  • Support strategic initiatives, such as central replenishment, to drive business growth
  • Take the lead in the daily store replenishment review process, reporting and updating across all categories, including Food
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of the store replenishment tool
  • Prepare stock forward planning reports for the Airport Consolidation Centres
  • Retail delivery availability reporting on a weekly and ad-hoc basis
  • Attendance at weekly retail delivery meetings, reporting back on progress and key updates to the wider Merch Planning team
  • Generate daily reporting for the Food Merchandising Team
  • Calculate and generate Food and Fruit ordering for Warehouse delivery
  • Ad-hoc creation of centralized Merchandising Reporting
  • Be the main point of contact for store/internal queries and assist with resolving these in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Intermediate Excel experience
  • Degree educated
