Inclusive Learning Facilitator

As a School Learning Support Worker at South Staffordshire College, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized study programmes that support learners with severe and complex learning difficulties and disabilities.
You will work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies to meet the individual needs of our students, promoting their social, emotional, and educational development.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a similar setting, with a strong understanding of SEND and the Education, Health, and Care process.
Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
