Salary Information

MPS 1-3 is the required pay range for this position, indicating a salary of approximately £32,000 to £43,139 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  • To teach Science subjects to students at Key Stage 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • To develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the school's standards and values.
  • To assess student progress, provide feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to optimize outcomes.
Requirements
  • A strong background in Science education, preferably with experience in teaching Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
  • The ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents, promoting a positive and inclusive school environment.
  • A passion for mentoring and supporting colleagues in their professional development.
