Hart Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Stock Control Administrator to join their team in Tamworth. This is a challenging role that would suit an organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

As a Stock Control Administrator, you will be responsible for managing stock levels, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with the Customer Service team to resolve any stock-related issues and ensure prompt delivery of products.

You will also be responsible for printing work instructions, coordinating with the main warehouse, and supporting the Bespoke Stock Co-ordinator. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to work effectively with colleagues and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing stock levels, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records, ensuring efficient stock management and timely delivery.
  • Resolving stock-related issues with the Customer Service team, providing solutions and support.
  • Printing work instructions and coordinating with the main warehouse, streamlining processes and improving productivity.
  • Supporting the Bespoke Stock Co-ordinator, developing skills and expertise.
  • Collaborating with the Technical, Purchasing, and Supply Chain departments on rework processes, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, enabling swift resolution of tasks and projects.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, facilitating effective collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in Purchasing or Stock Control (advantageous but not essential), bringing relevant knowledge and skills.

Your estimated salary will be circa £25,800 - £26,800 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including 31 days holiday, Paycare, Employee Assistance Programme, and up to 5 days extra unpaid holiday available at a salary sacrifice.
